Forever Smiles is a Department Of Health in Saint Lucie County Initiative to make sure that all children have access to oral health care and a forever smile. The program serves members in our community that are 200% below the federal based poverty Level. We provide dental services for residents that are under-insured (Medicaid and Healthy Kids) and offer discounted fees for un-insured patients who meet the eligibility requirements. Services will not be denied due to inability to pay.
